We take money transferred to our Bank in Sri Lanka. We also accept. Visa & Master Cards and any global payment
Due to Covid we have restricted delivery, and currently DHL only. We do not deliver using Sri Lanka standard shipping ( Sea Cargo) due to local operational difficulties and lost of items.
DHL deliveries are normally 3 days but could take more time due to Sri Lanka custom clearance times.
We do mention refund policy before you buy. As some items are. used, they have different return policy. Please contact us in the first instance.
- Items such as electronic. once opened are not returnable but would be replace if there is a manufacturing defect
- Clothing items are non returnable due to health and safety issues.
- Food Items are non refundable
- Medicine and vitamins are normally. non returnable.

Our usual operations are continueing business as usual. In the UK there is 1-2 delay for our suppliers to dispatch due current restrictions. We expect few days delays but your orders are still shipped.
- There is a slight delay in UK side in shipping
- Delivering it in Sri Lanka, AUstralia or Canada is subject to local dispatch operations.
- If you use international door to door delivery company, you are more likely to get a more accurate shipping and tracking.
